Welcome to 9-2-5 Health blog. The year 2017 has been a big eye opener for me already and creating 9-2-5 Health is something I have wanted to do for a while. My aim is to show people from all over the world how to live a fun and healthy lifestyle whilst working a full-time job. I have learned so much over the recent years by spending a lot of time training and eating a mix of healthy foods. This might seem like another boring case of some fitness freaks fitness plan, but my goal is to make this fun and to show people just how fun being healthy can be.
