The 9-2-5 Health Training Programme is unique because it has been specially designed to help the everyday 9-5 working person get in great shape and most importantly it is fun to do. Perhaps the most important part is that there is a BEFORE or AFTER work plan, so you can choose what suits you!

We are going to keep this simple guys! The plan has 3 overall aims! You pick one and then simply follow it. The 3 aims are as follow:

  • Strength & Muscle
  • Lean Muscle
